Saliha is an energetic and progressive HR leader, with nearly two decades of professional experience in Executive and Consulting roles in both the private and public sectors in the UK and the UAE. She has worked in close collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders across the globe in order to help companies tackle their business and HR challenges.

With a passion for organisational optimisation, talent management, employee engagement and the legal aspects of HR, Saliha has transformed loss-making companies into profit centres.

Known for her passion in engaging and developing people from diverse backgrounds, Saliha is a genuine influencer in her sector who thrives on tough challenges, translating vision and strategy into HR initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth and employee engagement.

She was recognised as a ‘great’ HR leader for the South, Mediterranean and Middle East region by the senior board of Cargotec, while restructuring and de-merging this multinational organisation. She also established the Dispute Resolution Authority in coordination with the DIFC Courts CEO, which included the Wills & Probate and Academy of Law.

Most recently, she helped set up five venues for BOUNCE throughout the Middle East, creating over 350 roles for young and passionate individuals.

A Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Chartered Management Institute (CMI), a Coach with the Association of Coaching and a qualified Mediator and Associate Arbitrator (ACIARB). Saliha completed her Bachelor’s degree from Salford University; a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Manchester Metropolitan University; and studied Strategic Leadership at Oxford University. 

A high performing achiever, she has been invited as a guest speaker at various notable HR events in the UAE, UK and Turkey.

We also provide pro-bono support to anyone made redundant and offer general guidance, support and coaching.

Mediation

If you manage staff, you’ll have experienced some conflict at some point. We have trained mediators who can work with your most challenging working relationships. In many scenarios, we may be able to resolve the issue early by facilitating a meeting between the staff which may only take an hour, however for more deep rooted conflict formal mediation, has a very high success rate, and is certainly significantly cheaper than a tribunal case for all parties. There is conflict in almost every workplace and having the aptitude to resolve is our expertise.
